This tune has been in my head for about 3 days due to it’s irresistibly soulful groove. ‘Imaginary Playmates’ has become more famous to later generations, and Hip Hop fans in general, due to its use as the sample for Jay-Z’s ‘Imaginary Player’, from his 1997 album, In My Lifetime, Vol. 1.
